Here Are All The New ‘Xbox Games Pass’ And Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Games

A bunch of new (and old) games are coming to Xbox One. Three new games are landing on Xbox Games Pass, Microsoft’s ‘Netflix of video games’, while another batch of older titles is now backwards compatible on the Xbox One.

Let’s take a look at all these new additions, starting with the backwards compatibility games.

New Xbox One Backwards Compatible Titles

All three new titles announced for backwards compatibility are available as we speak.

  • Aliens vs Predator
  • Sonic Unleashed
  • Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

I’m happy to see Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning on this list. I haven’t played that game in ages, but it was a really fun action-RPG and a great first (and last) effort for 38 Studios. The insane story of that developer—founded by Major League Baseball pitcher Curt Schilling—is one fraught with controversy, legal battles and financial disaster. But the game itself was cool and I’d definitely play it again.
